The Prior’s Organic Wholemeal Flour

Our organic wholemeal flour is milled from a blend of UK grown Mulika grain from Deepdale Farm, North Norfolk and imported high protein organic grain. The flour has a protein content of 13.2%, it produces an extensible dough with good water absorption properties. With its delicious nutty flavour, in addition to bread making, it is also excellent for pastry.

Our wholemeal flour contains no additives and has a “best before” date of 6 months from the date of milling.
