The Prior’s Organic Wheaten Meal

Our Wheaten Meal is a coarse wholemeal flour designed for baking Soda Bread or adding to other doughs to build a more crunchy crumb! We have a vocal group of Irish heritage customers experienced in soda bread making who give us regular, positive feedback! Milled from our 2020 harvest Mulika grain, grown by Adrian Steele at Chapel Farm, Netherton, Worcestershire, it has a lively texture given the protein content.
