We mill our range of organic stoneground artisan flours from the best quality organic grains sourced from East Anglia. Our award winning flours are all tested for their baking quality and characteristics by Master Miller, Jonathan Cook. A passionate sourdough baker, Jonathan takes samples of grain from our partner farms, mills them and then test bakes the resulting flour. After inviting our commercial bakers to comment, Jonathan decides on which parcels of wheat to purchase and thus sell to you, our customers. As a result, Jonathan can provide advice and guidance on the baking characteristics of each of our flours.
