Our white rye flour is also milled from 2020 harvest organic grain grown at Home Farm, Wimpole, Cambridgeshire. The flour is produced by sieving wholemeal rye through a fine mesh to release the white starch grains. Enjoy the delicious full nutty flavour with some truly sweet hints, almost caramel! Rye flours can be challenging to work with to begin with, expect the dough to be sticky to work with, but worth the hassle.
