The Prior’s Organic Wheaten Meal

Our Wheaten Meal is a coarse wholemeal flour designed for baking Soda Bread or adding to other doughs to build a more crunchy crumb! We have a vocal group of Irish heritage customers experienced in soda bread making who give us regular, positive feedback! Milled from a blend of UK grown Mulika Grain from Deepdable Farm, North Norfolk and imported organic wheat (to enhance the protein level of the flour). The flour has a protein content of 13.2%.

Our Wheaten Meal flour contains no additives and has a “best before” date of 6 months from the date of milling.
