The Prior’s Organic Plain Flour

Our Organic Plain Flour is made from a variety of wheat called Bamford – a lower protein variety, typically around 9% protein. This ensures that your pastry does not shrink and your Yorkshire Puds make peak performance! The grain produces a creamy, soft flour with bags of flavour. Great for scones and pastries.

The grain was grown on a farm in Lincolnshire.
