The Prior’s Country Blend Flour

The Prior’s Country Blend Flour is our version of a ‘granary’ style flour – deep malty tones made with a blend of the Prior’s flours, malted flakes and malted flours. You will get a light crumbed texture to your loaf – use 100% whether yeasted or sourdough! This is not an organic flour.
Our Country Blend Flour contains no additives other than core ingredients listed above and has a “best before” date of 6 months from the date of milling.
