Our rye flour is milled from 2024 harvest organic grain grown in Lincolnshire. Enjoy the delicious full nutty flavour with some truly sweet hints, almost caramel! Rye flours are challenging to work with to begin with, expect the dough to be sticky to work with, but worth the hassle.
Our rye flours contains no additives and have a “best before” date of 6 months from the date of milling.
