For your home-milled wholemeal bread flour, we offer a Mulika variety wheat grown by Adrian Steele at Chapel Farm, Netherton, Worcestershire. The grain and resulting flour is getting rave review with a protein content of 13.7%, it is silky, extensible and produces fantastic loaves! It has a delicious nutty flavour, excellent for pastry as well as bread. Our grain is carefully cleaned to remove as much as possible of the stones, seeds, chaff and other impurities which come off the combine when the crop is harvested.
