The Prior’s Organic Wheat Grain

For your home-milled wholemeal bread flour, we offer a Mulika variety wheat. The grain has a protein content of 13.2%, it produces an extensible, lively dough and delicious crumb! It has a delicious nutty flavour, excellent for pastry as well as bread. Our grain is carefully cleaned to remove as much as possible of the stones, seeds, chaff and other impurities which come off the combine when the crop is harvested.
