£4.30 – £51.00Price range: £4.30 through £51.00
Update 27th August 2026 – due to supply issues, we are currently out of stock. We anticipate being able to re-stock by the end of September. Our apologies.
Our spelt grain comes from Craggs & Co Farms, Segdefield.
Stephen Cragg and his team have built up a significant farming businses specialising in growing ancient grains including Spelt, Emmer & Einkorn. We are pleased to be able to offer their grain as both flour and grain.
The 2025 harvest has slightly smaller berry sizes than usual, but has a lovely flavour and produces a great, soft spelt flour.
The flour contains no additives (just 100% organic spelt grain) and has a “best before” date which is 6 months from the date of milling

Simon –
Fabulous flour. Can take a high proportion of water, I tried 70% and the dough was still workable. Rose pretty well for a 100% wholemeal loaf, especially given I included some mixed seeds.. Gave a soft and almost creamy taste and texture. Try organic maple syrup rather than sugar if you want to give the yeast a bit of a boost at the start!
