Update 14th November 2025: We are now re-stocked with 2025 harvest spelt grain from Craggs & Co Farms, Sedgefield.
Whilst spelt grain is more oily than both wheat and rye grains, our home-millers tell us that they get great results milling spelt in their table-top mills.
Cleaned and de-hulled carefully to minimise spelt husk (the calcific coating around the spelt berry), try our spelt grain for your home mill!
Stephen Cragg and his team have built up a significant farming businses specialising in growing ancient grains including Spelt, Emmer & Einkorn. We are pleased to be able to offer their grain as both flour and grain.
The 2025 harvest has slightly smaller berry sizes than usual, but has a lovely flavour and produces a great, soft spelt flour.
