Last Dates for Christmas Orders and Flour 2021

As we reach the end of 2021, we would like to thank you for your business during 2021 and for sharing our passion for traditional milling and great stoneground organic flour!

Last Date for Mail Orders

Our final date to receive mail orders will be Wednesday 15th December so we can pack and dispatch the orders on the 16th December. Please be aware that the parcel carrier networks are currently experiencing significant demand, so deliveries are slower than usual.

Last Date on which Mill Shop is open before Christmas & the New Year

The Mill Shop will be open on the 16th December after which we will be closed until Thursday 6th January 2022.

The 2021 harvest has been challenging in terms of The 2021 harvest has been challenging in terms of finding great quality milling wheat. We tested 4 samples and I’m pleased to say that by blending sample 4 with some of the excellent 2020 crop you’ve been enjoying, we come up with a great flour as you can see in the attached crumb shots.
