The Prior’s Malted Multiseed Flour

Our malted multiseed flour is a delicious blend of white flour, malted wheat flakes and the following seeds – linseed, pumpkin and sunflower. It has a lovely malty flavour, punctuated by the mix of seeds. A must-buy for the discerning bread baker!
Note – although made with organic flours, due to the added non-organic ingredients, this is not classed as an organic flour.
The flour contains no other additives and has a “best before” date of 6 months from the date of milling of the white flour.
